Cancellation Policy
At Handmade Hides, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and attention. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. Please read our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellations
• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
•After 12 hours, your order may already be in production or packed for dispatch. In such cases, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom or Personalized Orders
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
•Please double-check all customization details before confirming your order.
Shipped Orders
•If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
•However, you may be eligible to return the item after receiving it. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
Refund Process
•If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Note: Handmade Hides reserves the right to cancel any order in rare cases of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
