1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used or damaged items (unless defect was our fault)

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status:

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Partial refunds may apply if items are returned incomplete or not in original condition (unless due to our error)

Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color (if available)

4. Shipping Returns

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

  • We are not liable for lost or undelivered returns

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email:

  • Clear photos of the item and issue

We will offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping.

We are not responsible for delays in returns or refunds caused by factors beyond our control, including:
